Securing a rank of 157 in the Biotechnology programme (Delhi student and general category) in the IPU (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University) entrance exam is considered a decent rank.

However, admission to colleges under IPU is subject to availability and competition, so it's essential to understand the specific cutoffs and admission trends for the year you are applying.

Candidates are required to use a black or blue ballpoint pen to mark their answers on the OMR sheet. Pencils or any other writing instruments are not allowed for marking the answers. Marking the answers using a pencil will not be dark enough, therefore it is recommended to use a pen.

The IPU CET question paper will consist of 100 objective-type questions, where each question will have four options. Candidates need to select the correct option and mark it on the OMR sheet. Each question carries four marks, and for every incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted as negative marking.

While solving IPU CET sample question papers is an essential part of your preparation, it is advisable not to rely solely on them. It's important to study the relevant textbooks, understand the concepts, and practice a wide range of problems. Additionally, you should also refer to other study materials, such as textbooks, reference books, and online resources, to strengthen your knowledge and grasp of the subjects.

IPU CET (Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test) is currently administered by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) in Delhi, India, as of my knowledge around 7000 to 8000 students appeared every year. Each year, a different number of students may take the IPU CET B.Ed. entrance exam.
I advise looking at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University's official website or getting in touch with their admissions office. They ought to be able to give you the pertinent data and information about the number of students taking the B.Ed. entrance exam.
