Yes, you can get the money back but some percentage of the amount will be deducted depending upon the guidelines created by the University. Also, there must be some timeline before which you have to apply for the refund process. Sometimes, you have to call to the university for the refund process or email them : When the timeline of getting a refund is over but you didn't get the refund or when there is no response from the university.

The college you get will depend on a lot of factors like your category, whether you are general, SC, ST, OBC etc. It will also depend on whether you are from Delhi or outside Delhi. For B.Com (Hons.), the cut off for applicants from Delhi is expected to be 8758 and for those from outside Delhi is expected to be 4260. If you are from Delhi, you can expect to get good colleges from IPU. But if you are from outside Delhi, then you are in the borderline. But even then, you can get good colleges in the 2nd or 3rd round.

Nevertheless, the University will also be able to admit CUET-qualified candidates to the BCA course once the CET merit list has been depleted. Those who had interest are required to apply by paying the required fee of INR 2,500 to be admitted to the course of BCA in IP University.

Your IPU CET rank of 5574 gives a good opportunity to join a number of colleges under IP University that offer BCA. Though the number of seats and hierarchy of colleges change annually, I have taken the liberty to name two IP University colleges, where BCA admission will come easy with your rank:
- Maharaja Surajmal institute
- Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies.
