Yes, students need to clear theoretical and practical exams separately. The total score will then be calculated for the final results. Hence, students must prepare to perform well in both theory and practical exams. The board will hold the JAC class 10 practical exams in January 2026, tentatively. It is expected that the final JAC 10th exam 2026 will be held in February 2026. Students must prepare to perform well in both (practical and theory) exams.

The Board is yet to announce the marking scheme for JAC 10th exam 2025. However, based on 2024 exam, the practical exams are expected to carry a weightage of 30 marks for each subject. Students will be required to secure at least 33% marks in each paper.

JAC 10th Admit Card is an important document from the exam point of view. Hence, all students must keep their admit card safe until the exams are over. However, if you misplaced your JAC 10th Admit Card 2025, students must immediately contact their respective school authorities to get a new JAC 10th Admit Card.

Jharkhand Board releases the JAC 10th Admit Card for schools only. Schools affiliated with the Board can download the JAC 10th Admit Card 2026. Students need to collect their admit card from school. It is mandatory to be collected before appearing for the exam.

The JAC 10th Admit Card 2026 will be released in February 2026. It is released online on the official website, jac.jharkhand.gov.in and jac-online.com for schools to download. To access the JAC 10th admit card 2026, the login ID and password are necessary.

Yes, students may change their Board from JAC to another Board of their choice in the intermediate or the senior secondary level. They must ensure that they collect the crucial documents such as Migration Certificate, Pass Certificate and original mark sheet before the Class 11 admission process.

Every year, more than 95% students clear the JAC 10th exam. However, only a few of them managed to secure distinction marks in the exam. Candidates should secure 75% aggregate to get a Distinction in the JAC 10th exam.

The full marks of JAC 10th exam are 500. Students need a minimum of 33 percent marks in every subject to clear the 10th board examinatons. In other words, we can say that te students are required to obtain at least 165 marks to pass the class 10 exam.

Every year, more than 4 Lakhs students appear for the class 10 exam. Out of which, more than 95% students clear the exam. In 2023, 4,27,294 students appeared for the class 10 exam. Out of which,  4,07,559 students managed to clear the exam. In percentage, 95.28% of students passed the exam last year.
