As per the University of Technology Jaipur admission guidelines BSc admission is based on candidates' performance in the last qualifying exam. However, for the BSc Agriculture candidates might have to qualify for the national level exam Rajasthan JET Agriculture. Further, before applying for the programme candidates are required to qualify the minimum qualification, i.e., Class 12 with 45% aggregate in the relevant subjects. Hence, direct admission is not applicable at University of Technology Jaipur BSc course.

Manipal University Jaipur does not provide direct admission to all the courses. However it does provide direct admission to some of the courses such as BCA, BBA, BA, BCom. Admission to these courses takes place on the basis of class 12 exam and personal interview. For some of the courses candidates might have to take English Compregension tests. Primarily BTech and M.Tech admision takes place on the basis of JEE and GATE scores.

The Manipal Entrance Test (MET) is required to apply to the B.Tech programme at Manipal University Jaipur. The Faculty of Engineering provides 18 specializations during the 4-year undergraduate program. Candidates must fulfill the requirements for admission, including passing class 12 or its equivalent with a minimum cumulative score of 60%.
