Jamia Hamdard provides admission to BA LLB course based on a valid CLAT score. Candidates having CLAT scores are given preference in the selection process. However, as per the admission process, candidates are also given direct admission to BA LLB without CLAT score, if the seats remain vacant for the CLAT applicants or there is a delay in declaration of CLAT result. The university selects Non-CLAT candidates based on their merit in the first five subjects in the last qualifying examination. However, CLAT qualifiers will be given preference over Non-CLAT candidates.

For admission to a five-year integrated course of BA LLB, Jamia Hamdard University accepts a valid score of CLAT exam. This exam is particularly conducted for aspirants of integrtaed Law course across India. To apply for CLAT, candidates have to fill CLAT application form and pay an application fee for INR 4,000.
