No, NITs take admission only through JEE Mains.

It is tough for you to get an admission but don't lose hope. Please regularly visit the official website for cutoffs and maybe you can get the admission, so don't worry.

Your marks are very low, you have just cleared the cutoff in JEE and your 12th percentage is very low, lower than the eligibility criteria. You are not eligible to get any NITs or IITs. But you can go for state level government colleges and private colleges across India.

Dear,
You are to score 75% or more in average or you are to be within top 20 percentile (5% relaxation for SC/ST) in +2 Board Examination. Then with the merit list of JEE Main followed by JEE Advanced, you may be shortlisted and asked for counselling in IITs.

Sorry for breaking your hopes, but the answer is no. For admission in an IIT college, you should have minimum 75% marks in class XII board exams.
