Eligibility criteria related to Date of Birth
1. Students who are born on or after October 1, 1992 are eligible to apply-
Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PwD), should have been born on or after October 1, 1987. Candidates of these categories have been given a relaxation of 5 years. Note: Date of birth will be considered as per the Secondary Education Board/University certificate.
2. Eligibility criteria related to qualifying exam-
Aspirants should have passed 12th class or qualifying exam in 2015 or 2016. Students, who are appearing in class 12th or qualifying

Yes, you can definitely give JEE Mains 3rd time. But, remember my words that you can only give "JEE Mains" not advance, because one can give JEE Mains 3 time, but JEE advance gives only 2 chances. Inspite of this, there are many more equivalent entrance exams that you can give in 2017. So, I suggest you to prepare for those and give all those 4-5 exams with JEE Mains.

I don't think, you should leave any chapters of class 11th, if you really want to score well in BITSAT. BITSAT is an exam, which checks how much you know, therefore you must cover everything. Hope it helps.

Both the exams are different yet interrelated. Both exams have their own relevance and significance. If you are AJEE aspirant, it is very important for you to understand the difference between the two exams.
