The marks required to get admission will be a very tough thing to tell, as admissions are rank based and the marks fluctuate every year both in percentage as well as absolute due to varying difficulties of the JEE each year. You can check the relevant ranks and other data on JoSAA website. You can not predict the model or maximum marks for which the advanced exam will be set. You are talking about robotic engineering!
There is no such specified branch. You need to take a 5 year integrated course of CS+robotics. Or you need to complete b tech in CS or ECE and then take up a post graduation course (MS or M.Tech) in robotics. Anyways, first start preparing well for the exam. You are interested in a branch which is the most preferred. So you need to be ready to face immense competition.

You should have a rank around 1500 so that you can securely get aerospace engineering. Also, alternatively you can take any of the branches being given to you now and then after 1st year can change the branch on the basis of your performance in 1st year because 1st year subjects are common for all.
