JEE Main Cut-off

The NIT Meghalaya JEE Mains Cutoff 2024 was released for Round 1. The Cutoff ranks were released for different categories for various BTech specialisations. For the SC AI category candidates, the Cutoff for various courses ranged between 3059 and 7043, among which Computer Science and Engineering was the most competitive course. BTech in Civil Engineering was the least competitive course, for the SC AI category candidates.

For the ST AI category candidates, the Cutoff ranged between 974 and 2652, for different specialisations. BTech in CSE was the most competitive course while BTech in Mechanical Engineering was the least competitive one.

For JEE Main Round 6 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 16663 and closing rank was 19175 for the general category candidates under All India quota.The admission to NIT for BTech Computer Science and Engineering takes place through JEE Main. Students with a 3,700 rank in JEE Main ensure admission to Top NITs in India. The JoSAA Counselling determines the NIT that a particular student will study. JEE Advanced 2024 is scheduled on June 12, 2024.With 60-70 percentile range in JEE Main 2024, it is unlikely for students to get a seat in the elite NITs and IIITs since these institutes demand a minimum percentile score of 85-90. Therefore it becomes a challenge for candidates to get into the top-notch college.
