Yes you can combine both home state quota and obc reservation together. At this score u are not able to get top 10 colleges whose admission criteria is jeemain. For good college you must need to improve your marks .

NIT Bhopal cutoff 2024 are based on JEE Main 2024 ranks followed by JoSAA Counselling and further, followed by CSAB Counselling. Candidates seeking admission to the BTech must appear for JEE Main in order to be eligible for further admission process.
