This depends upon your category, otherwise in general there is very less hope in government engineering colleges.

Yes, you can get admissions at IIT-Gwalior. It is very less chance that you get any NIT at this rank, but you can try for state government colleges they may take you.

Sorry to say, but it is not possible to get a good college through this score. You should try for direct admission in some good private colleges.

You should appear in JEE counseling and select list of colleges wisely. Include HBTU and Some good private colleges also. And, if you had given some other entrance exams. You should appear in their counseling too.

It is not easy to get a seat in NIT, Warangal but yes there are chances. You should choose college list wisely. I wish you will be there.
