I will suggest you opt for your B.Sc course and parallely prepare for your JEE Mains. If you crack it, then good if not then, you will continue with your B.Sc.

Yes, but you can give next JEE Main exam and try to score above 90 percentile than you can get NIT easily.

Yes, you qualify for the college but for branches like ECE, we etc. Getting CSE would be difficult.
