What should be an OBC candidate required score in JEE to admit in MIT Pune for petroleum engineering? And, can MIT admission taken on the basis of MHT-CET exam.

For admission in NIT, candidate must appear for JEE Mains. Unless you appear for the entrance exam you won't get admission in National Institute of Technology. The eligibility criteria for entrance exam is 12th with PCM as the subjects.
Apart from IIT and NIT, most colleges in India offer lateral entry for diploma students. These colleges do reserve some seats for lateral entry students.Diploma holders are not allowed for JEE Main admissions but they are allowed for JEE Advanced. So they can write the JEE Main exam just to qualify for JEE Advanced.

If you are from Rajasthan, then you can consider Sikar, as it is a growing city in field of education, where there are many institutes to prepare yourself for IIT JEE. It's nice to know that you have been selected for aircraft management engineering. It is perhaps the newest branch of engineering which deals with the management of various Systems on board aircraft on perhaps the mapping of the whole aircraft as one entity. It's a new branch and hence not much is known about this but with the expanding footprint of civil aviation in India I think you will do well to accept and I am sure you will get good placements when you pass out.
