For General category:
- 220+
- 170-200, you might get your name listed in 1st or 2nd waiting list.
For Muslim category:
- 150+

As per their website, NATA is a must.

I guess you mean "JoSAA councelling". If you have missed the deadline of JoSAA (25th June) then my friend, you will not get a seat in NITs or IIITS. So, now you should try for other engineering institutes which give admissions on the basis of JEE Mains score or you may try next year.

Lock the college which you got in the 1st round and then participate in the 2nd round.

I think you cannot get a seat in SASTRA through merit, you can try for NRI seats.
