Hello Himangshu,
Absolutely, no issues. Also remember "Failure is not final". You must take a break of one year, study well and hard, take as many mock tests as possible and then I am sure you will be able to crack JEE Mains easily. In addition, if you are in luck, you may get to attempt it two times next year.
