Can I get admission in any college like IIIT, NIT, etc.? I have got 300997 rank in JEE Mains under OBC category.

You can apply for the university who takes their own exam for the admission.
Examples includes VITEEE, SRM, BITS, AMUEEE , KITEEE, WBJEE, etc.
