You passed the +2 exam with a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Computer Science/Biology

Inconsistent names across documents, like your 10th and 12th marksheets, can sometimes cause confusion during the admission process. However, it generally won't directly affect your JEE 2025 admission, as long as you have supporting documents to clarify the discrepancy.
To avoid any issues, it's advisable to:
- Provide an affidavit: You can submit an affidavit or a gazette notification stating that both names refer to the same person.
- Check with authorities: Before your JEE application, contact the exam authority or the college for guidance and to ensure all your documents are in order.
It's always better to clarify these discrepancies well
