Yes, there is a clash between JEE Main Session 2 and CBSE Class 12 board exams, specifically for language papers on April 2nd, Home Science on April 3rd, and Psychology on April 4th, potentially affecting students who are appearing for both exams. 

JEE Main is one of the entrance exams accepted at JIS College for BTech admission. The cut-off varies yearly. It further differs for candidates belonging to different reservation categories. Yes, with 70% in JEE Main, you can get into JSS Noida. Candidates must score 70% or more marks in the aggregate of the best of five subjects, including Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and have a JEE Main Rank (Paper – 1) to be eligible for admission to JSS Noida. Additionally, there are relaxations in minimum marks requirements for different categories like OBC-NCL, SC, ST, differently-abled persons, and defense candidates.

With a 58 percentile in JEE main it may be challenging for get admission to NITs, IIITs or GFTIs through JoSAA counseling. You can try private engeenering college and state level counseling. 

You can get B.Tech CSE at 70-80 percentile using your home state quota. Apply for colleges in your home state. Although it's difficult to get top colleges at this percentile but you may get good college with average placements
