If you do not have scores in JEE Main, still, you are eligible for counseling in MP for BE (Bachelor of Engineering) through MP Online portal for admission in engineering college in MP. Some colleges in MP accept admissions based on MHT-CET scores. If you have given MHT-CET, then you can also appear for counseling. In addition, the private institutions can give direct admissions or on some other grounds and, therefore, check the specific requirements of participating institutions and verify your eligibility on the official MP BE counseling portal.

The ST category rank cannot be determined directly from the All India Rank (AIR) and percentile. The number of students in the ST category and their performance are considered to determine the ST category rank. The ST category rank is normally determined by taking the rank distribution of the category as a whole and the percentile estimates your position relative to other students. Since you have an AIR of 533900 and a percentile of 55.56, expect that your ST category rank would be lower than AIR but the rank depends upon how many ST candidates appear in the examination and scores they obtain. It is prudent to check the category-wise r

To revise the syllabus of JEE Mains 2025 in 1 month, strategy planning and time management must be adopted. Split up the remaining time into 4 weeks, devoting one week to one of the subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Prioritize important chapters and focus on weak areas. Use concise revision notes, NCERT textbooks, and previous years' question papers. Practice daily tests to improve the speed and accuracy. Take mock tests to simulate exam conditions and identify areas for improvement. Avoid learning new topics and focus on reinforcing concepts and problem-solving techniques. Regular breaks and a balanced routine will keep y

120 marks in JEE Main correspond to the following percentiles across categories:
- General Category: ~92-96 percentile
- OBC-NCL/EWS: ~90-95 percentile; qualifying cutoff is lower for these categories
- SC/ST: ~70-80 percentile (Qualifying cut-off is much lower as compared to General)
The cutoff ranges are approximate and could change every year based on the paper's difficulty level and the performance of the candidates. Always refer to the official results for exact details specific to your attempt!

There is no such thing as fixed passing marks out of 300 in JEE Main. Instead, qualification is dependent upon the cutoff percentile, which keeps varying year-wise based on variables like difficulty of the exam, the number of candidates appearing for it, and available seats.
For the general category, the cutoff percentile ranges approximately 88-90 and thus marks to score around 70-90 marks. In reserved categories, cutoff is much lower, thereby easy qualification.
These cutoffs determine eligibility for JEE Advanced and admissions to top colleges. Always check the official cutoff for the year you are appearing to stay updated.

Hey rio,
I got 69 marks in 12th Board math and got 92% in jee. I cant apply for nit's but I got good college with this rank. Let me give the details:
You can write jee marks withouy any minimum marks in board but for getting admission in NIT, IIT or gift universities you should have 75% [65% for sc/st] in your boards or top 20% in your repective board.
With good jee percentage like above 90%, you can get many good unversities. So if you have low marks in 12th, you can consider jee as option.
For the GATE again, there is no minimum percentage required in the qualifying degree. Any qualified graduate degree in engineering, technology,

With a JEE Main rank of 413,000, your chances of getting admission to L.D. College of Engineering (LDCE) in Gujarat may be challenging. LDCE is a well-known engineering college, and the cutoff ranks for popular branches like Computer Science or Electronics tend to be much lower. However, you might have a chance for admission in less competitive branches or through the management quota, if available. It's important to regularly check LDCE's official admission portal for updates on cutoff ranks and explore alternative options such as state-level exams or private colleges.
