Hi!
With a CRL (Common Rank List) of 168,843 in JEE Main, it might be challenging to secure a seat in top-tier government colleges for highly sought-after branches like Computer Science or Electronics. However, you could still have chances for other branches depending on the college, as each institution has its own cutoffs for different courses.
Don't lose heart, as the journey doesn't end here! With perseverance and a clear goal, you can make it work. Keep exploring other options, and remember that there's always a way forward.
All the very best for your future!

With your JEE Main CRL rank of 552666 and SC category rank of 40086, it may be difficult to get admission to NIT Karnataka (NITK) through the CSAB (Central Seat Allocation Board), especially for high-demand branches like Computer Science Engineering (CSE).
However, you still have a chance for other branches under the SC category, as the cutoff ranks for different branches vary each year and depend on the number of seats, category-wise reservations, and the number of applicants. Generally, NITs have a significant number of seats reserved for SC candidates, which can improve your chances for certain branches.
