Before filling in REAP, you should visit the best engineering colleges in Jaipur where better placements, nice labs, best faculty members and opportunities are provided for start up through incubation center like that Anand International College of Engineering.

Chances are very low as it depends upon your JEE rank.

For your category, JEE Mains rank for CSE branch is under 20k in NITs and DTU but in IITs, you should score under 2000 rank for CSE.
