Sankalchand Patel College of Engineering: As the result date is not declared, few dates are there to recall. The result for GUJCET 2025 will be out on May 9, 2025. For seeking admission in Sankalchand Patel College of Engineering, students can have JEE Main or GUJCET scores. For the year 2022, cutoff rank in JEE Main is not mentioned but for GUJCET it ranged from 32155 to 38847.

The students seeking admission to the first year of B.E./B.Tech course in S.D. College of Engineering and Technology are admitted through Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) counseling (85 percentage) and management quota (15 percentage). When considering the rank obtained in JEE Main, it is not compulsory. Those candidates who scored 45% marks in 10+2 exam (40% for SC/ST) with Physics, chemistry and math are eligible to apply. The cutoff at the Indian Institute of Science IISc Bangalore for JEE Mains 2024 shows that the closing rank for the General category is 903 in the Bachelor of Science (Research) program. Whereas, it is 1665 for the OBC category. For SC and ST categories, the cutoff is 581 and 314, respectively. The important chapters in Physics, Chemistry and Maths for JEE Mains exam January shift are:
Physics - Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Optics, Mechanics. Moderate weightage: Modern Physics, Magnetism, Thermodynamics, Waves. Relatively lower weightage: Units and Dimensions, Experimental Physics, Kinematics.
Chemistry - Physical Chemistry (Stoichiometry, Chemical Equilibrium, Thermodynamics), Inorganic Chemistry (s-Block, p-Block elements), Organic Chemistry (Reactions of Alkanes, Alkenes, Alkynes, Benzene)
Maths - Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Algebra, Vector Algebra, Probability and Statistics.

No, it is not mandatory to appear for both NATA and JEE Main Paper 2 for eligibility in COMEDK B.Arch. counselling. Candidates need a valid score in either NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) or JEE Main Paper 2 (Architecture) to be eligible.
This flexibility allows students to choose either exam based on their strengths and convenience, and both scores are accepted equally in the COMEDK BArch counselling process.

No, Abacus Institute of Engineering and Management appears to accept a valid JEE Main score or rank for direct admission to their B.Tech course into the first year, based on the information above.
However, two alternatives can be considered here.
Lateral Entry: In the case of an engineering diploma, a candidate is directly eligible to join the second year of B.Tech. This does not generally involve taking the JEE Main either.
