As per my information you should select Telecom, networking and automation in this order. But fundamentally, which topic you like should decide this.

Every student has to appear for JEE Mains exam in either online or offline mode. Along with results, cutoffs for enabling appearing for JEE Advanced will be announced.
Those who have cleared JEE Mains can apply for getting admission in NIT.

You have excellent marks in 12th but very less marks in JEE Mains. Chances of getting admission on the basis of this are slim. Hence, I recommend you try other route only.

From this year onwards, the method of deciding AIR has undergone change. Now marks obtained in12th will not be considered for AIR. Hence you need to do well in JEE Mains.

Admission in any of the engineering colleges in Maharashtra is based on MHT-CET. You will have to appear for this exam and score good marks to get admission here.
