JEE Mains has not declared the cutoff for this year. The previous year cutoff for OBC candidates was 70.

Yes, you can many college are not accepting JEE Mains marks as they have their own entrance exa. If you wish to go to government college, then go through her entrance exam or if you wish to go through private college, then go through the eligibility and if you fulfill it, and then take admission in it.

Almost all states take their own entrance exam for taking admission in their college. They don't need your JEE Mains marks as they take admission through her entrance exam marks.
