The cut off percentage for boards is 55% in Boards with 60% marks in PCM in 12th. The Boards inclusion of 40% weight age has been removed in JEE Mains 2017 so you need to clear the above mentioned cut off only and the rest will be decided by your A.I.R. rank.

You may expect to qualify the JEE mains exam but I am afraid that you may get a very low rank. As far as I know you may get lower rank NITs like NIT Nagaland, NIT Manipur but it is unlikely that you would get NIT Rourkela with those marks in JEE Mains and 71% marks in boards.

You can get admission in private colleges or state engineering colleges. I am sorry to say this but you cannot get Computer science branch in any good NIT or SRM or VIT but you can pursue it from other colleges which could offer you the course.

Hey Ayush,
Your rank doesn't assure you of a seat in NIT or any other government college especially in computer science branch. You can apply for best private engineering colleges and appear for their entrance. You may even get scholarship based on your score in the exam. Some suggested universities -

Hey Harsh,
You may not get any NIT or government colleges for CSE branch especially but you still have other options to go for. You can apply for some best private universities and appear for their entrance examination. You may even get some scholarship if you perform good. Some suggested universities -
