If you are asking for CSE in NIT then let me tell you, you got very good rank, you just need to fill your choices in JoSAA. I think you can get NIT.

As you have not mentioned your home state and whether you want college in your state or in any state of India so lets talk about all over India.
Talking about IIT, I see very less possibility of getting CSE or any branch with your rank. But NITS looks promising to you. Previous year NIT's cutoff show that you have chance to get seat in NI with CSE branch. Maximum NIT's of northen states have cutoff below 36k. So congratulations, you have a fair chances in NIT. It's hard to get a college with this rank, if luck stays by your side, you can try NIT raipur, NIT agartala, NIT arunanchal pradesh, NIT hamirpur, NIT Puducherry. It will be difficult to get branches like CS, IT but you can try for the relatively less preferred branches.

You are qualified for admission to engineering institutes in India if you receive a JEE Main rank of 141050 and an EWS category rating of 28115.
Even when applying to private institutions, the availability of colleges and specific branches will rely on the level of overall competition and the cutoff ranks offered by each institute. However, I suggest you to go through the eligibility critirea putforth by institutions and then go for enrolling.

It is unlikely that you will get a seat in any of the NITs, IITs or GFTIs with a CRL rank of 196580 and an EWS rank of 31691. The cutoff ranks for these institutes are typically much lower than your current rank. However, there are a few factors that could improve your chances of admission.
* *Your caste/category:* If you belong to a reserved category, you will have a higher chance of getting a seat than if you are from a general category.
* *Your performance in JEE Advanced:* If you perform well in JEE Advanced, you may be eligible for a seat in an IIT or NIT through the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JOSAA) counseling.

Possibilities are quite low to get into CSE IT group of sastra but still you can try for 2nd and 3rd round of counselling But you may able to get into Non IT group of sastra. Considered both for higher possibilities of admission.
