According to analysis of all shifts paper and comparison with marks vs percentile of first attempt, you can accept around 90-93 %ile in this attempt. Which means your rank can be between 70k-100k. The general cut-off will be around 85 marks for this shift. The difficulty Level of this shift was moderate.

It is not possible to accurately predict the seat (branch+college) you will get in WBJEE counseling with just your JEE Main percentile. Your WBJEE rank is determined by your performance in the WBJEE exam, which has a different marking scheme and difficulty level than JEE Main. Additionally, the availability of seats in each college and branch can change each year based on various factors. For the JEE Main 2021 exam, the cutoff for the General - EWS category for selection in the JEE Advanced exam was 66 marks out of 300. This means that candidates belonging to the General - EWS category who scored 66 marks or more in JEE Main 2021 were eligible to appear for the JEE Advanced exam.

According to previous year cutoffs, SC/ST students or a PWD can get CSE in MNIT but for General/OBC students it's almost impossible.

Yes, you can appear for JEE Main and Advanced again after completing your 12th board exams. There is no limit on the number of attempts for JEE Main but for JEE Advanced you can attempt a maximum of two times in consecutive years. However, you must fulfill the eligibility criteria for the exams in order to appear for them. You should try for state entrance examination if you want CS branch in a good college. You can get Tier 3 college with that score in JEE.
