On the basis of the rank list, the counselling procedure will get started. JEE Main 2021 Counselling will be scheduled after the releasing of JEE Advanced AIR and JEE rank list. The counseling procedure will be started on October 16, 2021. you can get admission in NIT Agartala in the civil engineering branch in NIT Durgapur chemical engineering branch and other such nits and branches I can give you clear detail if you provide me your home state.

Between 75-80 is your percentile.

As cutoff is increasing drastically each year of NIFTEM. Low chance to get NIFTEM, but you can try in CSAB round.
