Sastra has a very high competition for getting a CSE. Try upto last counselling maybe by chance you may get. But don't be sure. It's based on the how many candidates applied and how many attended the counselling.

It's highly impossible to get a seat of CSE in Thanjavur branch, based on your score. If you are very particular in that you have one opportunity join in any branch you got in the counselling then in the first year get CGPA above 9 you can avail your CSE seat from your 2 and onwards.

Yes, Maybe. I suggest you go till last round of counseling you will get NIT Trichy but I don't say about The Branch. I am sending you an authentic link for college predictor, check there also.
