JEE Advanced is only for JEE Mains Paper 1, but there is another exam called AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test) for JEE Mains Paper 2.

Yes, you will get good campuses for this percentile and rank. Some of the best campuses for architecture are Acharya-Bangalore, NIT-Calicut, etc.
