You will get NITs only with this score of JEE Mains for b architecture. To get admission in IIT, you need to qualify JEE Advance examination.

Yes, you can appear for AAT even if you have not cleared Paper 1. JEE Mains paper 2 is for Architecture, JEE Mains paper 1 has nothing to do with Architecture. So if you have cleared JEE Mains paper 1 you can definitely appear for AAT which is again an Architecture only exam.

There are chances that you might get a seat in NITs. Depending on your location preference and Home State NIT.
