If you are sure that you will be getting 110 marks then you should wait till the commencement of JEE Advanced. Prepare for Advanced, a crash course might help you for the same. All India ranks will be announced in the month of June on the basis of which admission will be given to top NITs and state government colleges. All the best.

You can surely try this year for IIT-JEE Mains. For clearing Advanced you need to have 75% in class 12th or to be in the top 20 percentile. You can take a drop of 1 year, but you need to be very dedicated and committed towards preparation. Constant tests will give you an idea about your performance.

Just keep your basic concepts clear of science and maths studied in higher/senior secondary. JEE generally asks questions on applications of basic concepts, so a clear understanding will help you a lot.

If your basic concept is not clear, then you have to join any institution which cover your main basic concepts by crash course.
