Dear,
Kindly, prepare for JEE as you do not need to attend the class 12th exams. Put your best efforts to prepare for the same. Prepare for your weak topics. Take suggestion from best teachers and use all the online available facilities. Avoid all your fears. Learn all the required formula and short cuts as you know, solving questions for written exams is different.

As per JEE Mains eligibility in class 12th, you must had 3 subjects i.e. PCM. As you have said that you had arts, so you are not eligible for JEE Mains. If you are not satisfied by my opinion, you can visit mains site: jeemain.nic.in

I think 3 hours is not sufficient for qualifying JEE Mains exam if you want to be one of the top hundred rankers. You need to manage your school schedule if you want to get good rank in JEE Mains exam.
