To apply for MHTCET counseling you should have qualified in the MHTCET exam only. You cannot attend that counseling with JEE marks. With your JEE scores, you can enroll for the counseling under JoSAA only.

Actually, it is quite decent score, you can apply in any private institutes if you want to do B.Arch.
