My opinion is that you have to take admission in an autonomous college. You can easily get YCCE if you want.

As you live in Gujarat, you need to get a score of 200+ to get admission in a good reputed college in Pune like DY Patil College or College of Engineering.

A score between 150-200 is required to get CSE in G. B. Pant University. Above 130 marks are required for ECE. The same goes for mechanical engineering.
