The Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE) will announce JEE Main 2017 result for Paper 1 on April 27. Candidates have to login by entering their JEE Main Roll Number and Date of birth to access their JEE Main Result 2017, Score and All India Ranks on same day. The result of JEE Main 2017 Paper 1 will be available only those candidates who have appeared in the offline (April 2) and online (April 8, 9) exam. The JEE Main 2017 result will display the actual scores obtained by an applicant in the exam as well as the All India Rank (AIR) with category rank. Till last year, the JEE Main All India Rank (AIR) was decided on the basis of the applicants score in the JEE Main examination and his/her normalised scores in 12th standard in the ratio of 60:40. However for the session of 2017-18, this formula for deciding the ranking has been scrapped and a new methodology has been adopted by CBSE.
