Cut off of JEE Advance is going to be a bit high because maximum marks were high for general category people.

I understand your concern as you didn't get required score in JEE so it's hard to get admission in a good government college but don't worry you can find a better option in a private college/university. I would like to suggest you to pursue civil engineering from UTM Shillong.
My cousin graduated from UTM last year and is placed in a big organization in Bangalore. UTM is the campus of MIT Pune and it's hard to find such dedicated faculty members and quality of education that they provide to their student. Yes, you can get a seat at Sastra University. Your chances are high. They consider your board exam percentage and JEE scores (97.8&62). Your percentile will be 97.8(0.75)+62(0.25)= 88.85. On this basis, you will be placed on a rank.
Apply if you have not and the last date is June 10.

Last year cut-offs were around 155-160.
