No, a student cannot appear for JEE Advanced in 2023 on the basis of their JEE Main 2022 score. To be eligible for JEE Advanced 2023, a student must qualify JEE Main 2023, which will be conducted separately. Moreover, appearing for JEE Advanced 2022 does not guarantee eligibility for JEE Advanced 2023. The eligibility criteria for JEE Advanced may change from year to year, and a student must fulfill the specific eligibility criteria for the year they are appearing in. You can get seat in NIT and IIIT with this rank and SC category. With this decent rank you have some chances of getting good branch in these colleges. Make your state NIT and IIIT as your priority as you have state quota so your chances of getting good branch increases. All the best.

There are several good private colleges in India that accept JEE Mains marks for admission to B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. Here are some of them:
VIT University, Vellore
Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal
Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala
SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai
Amity University, Noida
SASTRA Deemed University, Thanjavur
Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida
LPU - Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar.

Jadhavpur University is a state university of West Bengal and the admissions in this college are through the WBJEE scores. Jadhavpur University does not take admissions through JEE Mains. So, if you want to get into JU, you need to appear for WBJEE exam.

Candidates who have scored minimum 45% aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Computer/Biology in HSE are eligible to take admission to the B.Tech courses at Anand International College of Engineering (Anand-ICE) in Jaipur. Admission is based on the rank obtained in JEE Main. Based on your JEE score of 22%, you may not be eligible for admission to B.Tech CSE at Anand-ICE Jaipur. However, you can check with the college administration for any other options that may be available to you.

No, I don't think you will get CSE in some decent college in Pune. Better try using siksha college predictor. Actual results may vary from the prediction given.
