I regret to say this but with this percentile chances for you to get a seat into some NIT and IIT are quite negligible. According to the percentile score mentioned by you, your predicted CRL rank lies somewhere around 143220 - 161000.

With 86 percentile, you won't be able to get CSE in IIIT. Still you can get some government colleges of your state.
