Yes, you can join Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation (KL Deemed to be University) without JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) scores for certain programs. Yes, you can join Barkatullah University without taking the JEE Main exam, but eligibility for the B.E. course requires it. JEE ranks are not required to join SKCET, instead you to write TNEA or TANCET and get rank below 8000 to join SKCET and you should have atleast 50% or higher in class 12th.

With JEE main 500 rank, you can write JEE advance which can get you placed in IIT.

SKCET on the other hand has super good placements, so join as quick as possible.

To join B.Tech, JEE Mains is not necessary, and if you had attended JEE Mains and managed to get good ranks it will be a good addon to your profile.
