Qualify for JEE Advance is dependent on the cutoff which can vary every year. But 90 percent is the safest score for sitting AJEE Advanced. For 99 pr you can target 150+ marks.

General Category candidates need to score a minimum of 95 percentile score to get NITs. Rest special categories might get to nits somewhere above 75 percentile.

Scoring percentile 99 may be different for different session as it depends upon performance of candidates in their session. It may be around 240-250 for JEE and above 590-690 in NEET.

I would suggest you to retry it again and again because nothing is impossible, Most of the people don't try again don't be one of them, Just try harder again until you succeed. Don't get distracted or demotivated let them speak. Work hard in silence n shine brighter.

First, you have to make sure what are your the strongest areas, then you need to work on them. You could take previous JEE exams all papers for Physics memorise all the formulas for the questions, and then attempt the questions. I'm not going to lie to you, you cannot cover entire syllabus in 8-9 days. But memorising easy topics from Physics Chemistry and Maths might give you an advantage.
