If your JEE Mains rank is 24205 then NIT Uttarakhand, NIT Andhra Pradesh, NIT Nagpur, NIT Patna, NIT Surat, NIT Warangal, NIT Nagaland, NIT Karnataka, NIT Srinagar, NIT Goa, NIT Rourkela, NIT Silchar, NIT Calicut, etc. Will be good to go.

You can get admission in both colleges. But for CSE it's difficult.

For B.Tech computer science in YMCA, you need to score more than 95 percentile that means around 160 marks

Chances are low, but you can get I guess EE of IIITs.

If you are general it is based on CRL rank, and if you are a other category it is based on category rank.

You have to think for private colleges because you didn't get a government college with CS branch.

If you have any type of reservation, yes it is possible but in other case you have to go for private college.

You did not get CS in any government college under this rank, you have to go for private colleges.
