Considering your rank as well as category, you can get a decent branch in lower NITs or lower branch in Moderate NITs and only in JoSAA Round 5 or Round 6. If you want slightly better NITs with a decent branch like Mechanical or Chemical then you should register for CSAB Counselling. Please refer to the list of NITs according to NIRF Ranking and search out for a decent NIT and mark them in your choice filling for your CSAB Rounds. Good Luck for your Counselling!

First of all, I would really congratulate you for getting a good rank in JEE Mains. With this good rank, You can easily get top branches like CSE, ECE, EEE in decent NITs like MNIT, MNNIT, NIT-KKR, SVNIT. Even you are able to secure decent branches like Mechanical or Chemical in Top 7 NITs!
If you appear for CSAB Rounds, then you also have good enough chances to get top branches like ECE and EEE in Top NITs like VNIT, NITC, NITW, NITRKL or even NIT-Trichy in case if there are seats available in these branches!

JEE score will help you to get admission in some state and private universities, colleges and NITs
But you need to crack JEE Mains and then advance to get admission in IITs. State level helps to get admission in state universities.

Congratulations! All the above mentioned colleges are very similar, just a few minor differences. VIT is autonomous. IT in manipal Jaipur falls under Pune University. So, I think in terms of marking system, VIT will have the edge. And also there are many branches in VIT. Also, Sastra is a great college which is in Tanjore. You can go for any of these options as they all are equally resourceful and have similar standards.

There are a number of central government-aided IHMS that are accepting NCHMCT JEE scores such as IHM New Delhi, IHM Hyderabad, IHM Lucknow, IHM Gwalior, IHM Kolkata, IHM Chandigarh, IHM Goa, etc. There are several private IHMs accepting NCHMCT JEE scores such as the Institute of Hotel Management, Oriental School of Hotel Management, Munnar Catering College, CT Institute of Hotel Management, etc. The choice is yours and according to rank you may get one of the colleges.

After NCHM-JEE the scorecard will be uploaded by NCHM and after that you have to select that what college you want or which city you want to pursue your BHM. And after the selection process you have to submit documents and physical report.
