The basic thing you need to do to enter in Bollywood is to get acting classes. If you are damn serious in making a career in acting, you must join some renowned acting classes and dance classes. An actor must know, how to dance! Then Modelling is important too, Interviews/Auditions, Network, working in Reality Shows and self grooming is also important.

Science students can study Journalism after the 12th class. As a matter of fact, If the person has that passion to be on screen or have a passion to become an honest journalist, or have a passion to enter the entertainment world to add some flavor to his/her own skills.

It depends on your interest and also what you want to be in your life. Being a political Science student I would say that scope is very limited in political Science, there is not much options available after graduation but if you do eco hons. Then there are many options from which you can choose what is best for you. Also economics hons. Is tough than political Science.
