Hi Manideep,
In order to pursue any journalism and mass communication course Diploma programme, you will have to first complete your education up to class 12th from a recognized board of education. You are required to score at least 45% to 50% marks in class 12th in order to be eligible for the undergraduate degree courses. However, post-graduate degree and diploma courses require you to possess a graduation degree and diploma respectively with at least 50% marks.

Yes, you can study journalism after completing B.Com course. Any stream candidate are eligible to apply for journalism course. You may apply for M.A. It stands master of Science in journalism. Admission for this master course based on entrance and you need to have good grip over the English language and general knowledge

Yes, you can study through distance mode, but whether pursuing journalism through distance mode or not depends upon many cases. If you have done your BA in journalism also through correspondence mode, then I would not suggest you to go for distance learning.
