The career as a travel journalist is full of adventure and fun. But unfortunately there is no specific course for travel journalism in India. You can study Journalism at UG/PG level and look for jobs in travel sector or journals as a writer or a photographer, whichever interests you. You can apply for jobs in travel magazines and travel websites, once you are a graduate. You can also take up internships in travel sector to have maximum exposure.

You ought to have extremely good academic records with extra curricular activities. There is no other special route for the application. In order to get your application considered for scholarship you have to submit your application earlier within the priority deadline.

The admissions are closed now in most reputed colleges and universities and the batches have already begun. You may contact some private universities like Amity though which might accept admissions with a late fee.

Yes, you are eligible if you have a valid Bachelor's degree in any stream. The criteria for selection will be different for different colleges.
