Yes for sure. You can pursue Masters in Journalism and Mass Communication after graduating in any of the stream. There is no restriction as such which requires a specialized field of study during your graduation to pursue MJMC. It just requires your inner-self confident enough to be able to work hard and achieve milestones in the field of journalism.
Most of the reputed colleges like IIMC, Symbiosis University, Christ University, Delhi University, Jamia Milia Islamia, JNU accept the candidates with a minimum of 50% or 60% in graduation to be eligible enough to apply for their Masters program.

You can go for Post Graduate Diploma courses in journalism. It's educational eligibility requires Bachelor's degree in any stream. So, after getting a bachelor degree in BA, you can apply.

Hi Sandy,
The entrance exam of journalism is an aptitude test that comprises of 4 sections, namely quantitative aptitude test (mathematics), analytical ability test, English language test and general knowledge. For the general knowledge part, read newspapers and current affairs. For the rest of the exam, you can refer to the entrance exam practice books available in the market. You can also option for coaching classes that prepare you well for the general aptitude test.

If you score more than 65% marks in cl;ass 12th, then you can take admission in any college for doing BA in journalism which offers the stream.
