You can apply in any public university or government college that runs the course. Delhi University, Punjabi University, Kurukshetra University, Mata Gujri College, Punjab, etc., entrance exams will be held during May-June. You need to apply through university website in April.

Dear student,
I would suggest you Centre for Advanced Media Studies (CAMS) at Punjabi University, Patiala. The fee structure is quite less as compared to other public and private institutions. The department also works on some UGC sponsored projects. The university also provides hostel facility with nominal charges of Rs. 2100 for six months excluding food (with food it is approximately Rs. 2000 per month).

India is a country with great scope for mass communication. Mass communication has such a vast area that this degree helps in all non technical or non science jobs. Salary package differs from job to job and even employer to employer. You may easily get 15 to 25 average being good at work. It can be around 50 to 70k as well per month once you know the most needed skill sets like editing and other technical stuff of media.

Very valid and possible confusion. These three are inter related as well as different. However, all three are non technical degrees, yet economics goes to social science area where you go for specialisation in some aspect or do research and post graduation, etc. In mass communication, which is also social science, you may specialise in technical areas like electronic media and film production, etc. You can stay in general mass communication aka journalism as well. The third is hotel management which is bit different from the other two. Hospitality jobs are huge in number but you need to take a call as you want to go to cooking or servi

Hi Hemal!
We cannot judge which course is better. It is purely upto your interest. Fashion designing is about designing an apparel while fashion communication is about marketing a fashion product. Journalism is a different field from fashion but it can help if you want to become a magazine editor or fashion feature writer. You can also opt for Mass Communication and pursue fashion PR.
Business management is altogether a different field that caters to entrepreneurship and business skills in majorly 3 sectors: Finance Marketing, Human Resource.
