If you are excellent in this field, you can work as a freelancer or join some publishing or media house. NGC organises photo contest every year, and it gives you good exposure. Until you are innovative and keep yourself updated with the latest technologies, survival is difficult.

You will have to check with private colleges as admissions in good and government colleges are mostly closed by now.
