Before seeking admission in any institute, kindly check the below mentioned parameters such as affiliation, accreditation, fee structure, curriculum etc.
As Journalism and mass communication are the courses related to the field of media and mass communication is a major terms and covers various aspects of media and journalism.
So both the courses are equally good and thus it will be difficult to tell which is better. However, below are some key points about both the courses.

MAJMC for sure but choose an institute that trains students to write for different media, not only for film or TV since that is what you love doing.In Manipal University, Amity University, Symbiosis and Nitte University, you have a training across all mass media. This may give you the practice and training you are looking for in writing for different media.

Hi Shubham,
Yes, you are eligible to appear for Civil services examination.
The Civil Service Examination is organized by UPSC every year to recruit candidate for IAS, IPS etc.
Eligibility:
-Nationality:
A citizen of India.
-Academic Qualification:
The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in any field from a well known college or university.
-Age Limits:
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August, in the year of examination.
-Number of attempts:
Every candidate appearing at the examination who is otherwise eligible, shall be permitted four attempts at the examination.
