Hi Shubham,
Yes, you are eligible to appear for Civil services examination.
The Civil Service Examination is organized by UPSC every year to recruit candidate for IAS, IPS etc.
Eligibility:
-Nationality:
A citizen of India.
-Academic Qualification:
The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in any field from a well known college or university.
-Age Limits:
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August, in the year of examination.
-Number of attempts:
Every candidate appearing at the examination who is otherwise eligible, shall be permitted four attempts at the examination.

If you are looking for career prospects for Journalism abroad, make sure you have some hands on experience in India with some recognized firm where you have learned your specialization and skills.
You also need to have a degree in Journalism.
First, you can build your portfolio by helping out in a media outlet's foreign bureau.
Also opt for some internship initially. It presents a golden opportunity for upstart journalists.
You can choose to work on a Print Journalism placement - working with a newspaper or magazine - or on a broadcast placement.
