You can also do these courses simultaneously by enrolling yourself into online courses available for mass communication.

The minimum percentage which almost all colleges look for is 50% in 12th standard. And now a days, almost all colleges and universities conduct entrance tests and on the basis of the same, the intake process of students is decided.
So do good in CBSE and then start preparing for entrance tests.
