If you are already pursuing a Master's degree and don't want to pursue long term course again, then the best option for you is to get yourself enrolled into short term media courses. You can also do these courses simultaneously by enrolling yourself into online courses available for mass communication.

Pursuing journalism is a good idea. To become a journalist for print media or electronic media does not require a specific degree but specific skill set, personality and interest. However, a degree in mass communication will take you closer to your target and you would understand better the requirements of becoming a journalist.

Dear Diya,
The minimum percentage which almost all colleges look for is 50% in 12th standard. And now a days, almost all colleges and universities conduct entrance tests and on the basis of the same, the intake process of students is decided.
So do good in CBSE and then start preparing for entrance tests.
