If your ultimate aim is to do Journalism then I suggest go for direct Journalism program. It's a creative profession and yet have the best of the corporate life. There are several universities/Institute that are offering UG programs in Journalism and Mass Communication. Some of the best Institutes that you may consider are: Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, University of Technology and Management Shillong, Symbiosis Institute of Mass Commmunication etc. Hope it helps! Great career choice buddy! It's a creative profession and yet have the best of the corporate life. Journalism is a very good field considering the fact that growth in print, electronic and digital media has been phenomenal after the Government of India allowed Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in Media and Entertainment industry. There are several universities/Institute that are offering UG programs in Journalism and Mass Communication.
