-You can become a reporter, actor or getting behind the camera to direct, cinematographer or do finishing work as an editor, compositor or a VFX artist who can add reality to 3D visualizations.

You must look at the entire field of media especially script writing, film making of digital arts. There are some very good diplomas in these, I can tell more about it if you like. There are several careers in media in writing, production or post production.

Dear Deepak,
If you want to pursue a career into Mass Communication and Journalism, then I would advice you to go for a regular post graduate course in Mass communication and Journalism.
In case you want to switch to another field, then MBA HR can be the choice for you.
You can do PhD after both the courses. Make a wise decision!

Yes, dual programmes are available but options are limited. Some competitive options are Columbia University which has a master's program and University of Hertfordshire which has a BA. Here are the links:
