It's quite tough to compare to notch colleges. But let me try. Placements in DTU are far better than HBTU. HBTU lacks in proper infrastructure. DTU situated in Delhi has its own way of advantage. DTU has a good reputation. So, I could conclude by telling DTU would be better. This is my view of thinking.

No, you can't get admission on the basis of UPSEE scorecard. You have to take admission on the basis of JEE Mains scorecard. HBTU is no longer apart of UPTU since 2017.

HBTI-Kanpur is no longer a part of UPTU since 2017. Now, it has become a university. If you want to get admission in HBTU, you need to clear JEE Mains with a descent rank to get admission in descent branch.

It is a good college having good infrastructure and facilities and all in budget.
It is among the Kanpur's top 5 performing colleges.
Yes, it will be good for you to take admission in Apollo college.
Apart from it you can also apply in KIT, PSIT, NARIANA etc

Hello Uvaish, It's nice to know that you are desirous of doing M.A. In social work. There are plenty of colleges in UP that offer this course. But many universities conduct an entrance exam for admission to the PG courses. Hence you will have to appear for clear this test of your intended university.
